Heo Joon Ho (Choi Tae Ho)
Park Sung Woong (Kim Myung Gil)
(Every other cast and crew member did an equally amazing job)
THEIR BIGGEST FIGHT IS NOT IN THE RING
Fun fact: I watched this drama based on my instinct and my instincts have never been wrong. I knew I was going to like this food!! I binge-watched the entire thing and you know what? This is your sign to watch it if you haven’t and re-watch if you only watched once.
Question 1: Favorite character (s)?
M/A: I have a long list for this but in summary, literally every character that contributed to capturing the villain. Top four are
Geon Woo🏆- His immaculate heart and passion for boxing
Woo Jin🏆- Best boy! Best boy!! His humor and how he lightens up the room.
Choi Tae Ho🏆- His strength, resilience, and good heart. Heo Joon Ho adjushi ate that role and left no crumbs indeed.
Hyeon Joo🏆- Best girl! Best girl!! There’s absolutely nothing not to like about her except that she didn’t see the fight to the end but it’s understandable to a point.
Question 2: Favorite scene (s)?
M/A: I cannot choose for the life of me. I enjoyed almost every scene but if I must choose🙂, the scene of Geon Woo and Woo Jin beating up the big guy with the hat. That guy gave off freaking “I’m undefeatable” energy but my boys were not intimidated and took him out on many occasions. My boys deserve their trophies and more.
🔊🔊🔊 Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi delivered beyond expectation, I don’t think anybody would have done it better. They must have worked so hard for this project.
It took me quite some time to recall Woo Do Hwan also featured in “Joseon Attorney” and I couldn’t help but marvel at how he delivered the completely different characters perfectly.
I love Sang Yi Oppa's energy in the drama so much. I shamelessly shipped him and Da Min. I'm going to officially stalk him for a living from now🙂
I wouldn’t want to end this without mentioning Da Min (the partial pink hair and her sassy nature made so much sense), the knifers and Min Beom (the Iil company director), the comedic relief he provided with his panicking and worried talks because of just one video were fun to watch. I’m no psychopath, I understand his restlessness🌚 His face acting was so on point (that stare exchange with the drama villain when he asked to delete the videos himself before signing the document was fire)
I was so excited for Kim Min Jae's appearance right after I gave up my soul for his character in “Dali and the cocky prince”.
The villain of this drama is selfish, wicked, inconsiderate, inhumane. Is there any negative word I haven’t used yet?:How could he even think of doing what he did to Choi Tae Ho
I almost lost it when Choi Tae Ho, the knifers and nearly Woo Jin were killed in a single episode. Was that how grief felt😭. The writer should have kept one more person alive.
The last fight was epic. I love what Geon Woo and Woo Jin had.It was so beautiful to watch. This drama is such a masterpiece, I can’t emphasize this enough.
My rating: 10/10. How can I get my flowers to director and screenwriter Jason Kim?
Current watch📺: See you in my 19th life, King the land, Nineteen to Twenty, Heartbeat
